error log にある line:131 で変数 pcb が nil であることが原因.
これ自体は回避することができるが、 romimage_save() のなかで Nesfile.save を2度呼んでいる実装が SZROM と SOROM でまずい. これの直し方を調べて、対処する予定.

database から PCB model を得るために Nesfile::save を呼んでいたが、Nesfile::identify を新設して、 Nesfile::save を2度呼ぶことを停止.
また database の出力データが feature_pcb をいつの間にかなくなっていた問題があり SZROM, SOROM の識別ができなかった問題を修正.
